The U S Postal Service will then return these signed receipts to you verifying that your letters were received by the credit bureaus and the date they were received. These receipts must be saved. If you are unsuccessful in removing negative entries, you may obtain a full and complete "no questions asked" refund after we receive:
A copy of two U S Postal Service "returned receipts" (addressed to a credit bureau)
A handwritten or typed note requesting a refund.
Original packaging and diskettes mailed with the refund note and the two "returned receipt" copies.
