How to Place an Order:
Orders are accepted via our secured server or by phone, Monday - Saturday, 10am-6pm PST at (702) 300-9069, Fax via 702-345-3259, or by mailing your request with payment to the below address.
We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders for our mail-in customers.
(allow 2-4 weeks for shipment on personal checks)
Print our Order Form and mail or fax in. Add shipping charges to remittance
where applicable. These charges will be added to credit card orders.
